Sandra supports global utilities team, working closely with customers, industry stakeholders and the wider business. With more than 20 years’ experience across customer service and administration, Sandra brings a highly organised and customer-focused approach to supporting business development and the continued growth of Wagners CFT’s utility solutions.
Shahrad has an extensive background in structural engineering, specialising in the design and implementation of electrical and marine infrastructure. He is passionate about developing new, practical and durable solutions for challenging environments.
Ernest has worked his way through the ranks at Wagners CFT beginning in production scheduling and purchasing before transitioning to project estimation and inventory management. Through this Ernest has developed highly attuned analytical skills and can lead diverse teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget. Ernest's experience has seen him contribute to the successful delivery of projects on a global stage, demonstrating his agility and ability to work in high-pressure situations.
Gavin is a highly experienced and enthusiastic person with 30+ years of manufacturing and management experience in various automated and semi-automated manufacturing environments including grain, flour milling, bakery products, stock feed and for the past 12 years the manufacture of fibre reinforced polymer products.

Mark has extensive experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for business start ups, consulting and advisory roles as well as a strong and successful leadership background in contract negotiations.

Working closely with executive and technical teams, John plays a key role in developing and delivering marketing strategies, campaigns and high-quality communications for internal and external audiences. Having initially started his career in the manufacturing shed at Wagners CFT, Darren has an extensive understanding of the process of manufacturing of FRP and how the qualities of Wagners FRP can be applied in engineering applications.
Jason has been with Wagners for more than 13 years bringing a wealth of knowledge regarding drafting and technical software used to design construction projects. Jason coordinates all of the design work required for Wagners CFT construction projects including the management and production of technical drawings and plans use to build our structures.
Sabin consistently delivers innovative and cost-effective engineering solutions by leveraging his extensive knowledge of FRP material properties, capacities, analysis and design. His expertise with the latest industry software and design technologies ensures accuracy and efficiency in every project. Sabin is a passionate advocate for advanced materials and his current focus is on exploring the feasibility of using FRP to replace traditional material in various structural applications.
